Jan van Rijckenborgh (1896-1968) was a prominent Dutch spiritual teacher, writer, and founder of the Lectorium Rosicrucianum. Born as Jan Leene in Haarlem, the Netherlands, he developed a deep interest in spirituality and metaphysics from an early age. Leene studied theology at the University of Leiden, where he explored mystical traditions from various religions and philosophical systems.
